What “team” means here
A lot of platforms use the word “team” to mean a 50-seat enterprise contract. We mean something different. The Team plan on LeaderHQ is sized for the manager running 5 to 25 active leaders — the MLM upline with a serious downline, the field sales pod, the brokerage with a handful of producing agents.
If you’re larger than that, you’re welcome here — we just stop calling it the Team plan and start giving you a dedicated onboarding manager. If you’re smaller, the solo Pro plan is the right shape. Either way, you can grow into or out of Team without re-platforming.
- 5 seats is our minimum — that’s the size where shared visibility starts paying for itself.
- 25 seats is where we start nudging you toward an annual plan and a dedicated onboarding call.
- A “seat” is one leader with a login, their own daily call list, and their own Memory Moment.
- Owner / upline always gets a free view-only seat for coaching. It doesn’t count toward your bill.
- You can move seats between people any time. If a rep goes dormant, reassign the seat — don’t buy a new one.
