LeaderHQ is a command center for field leaders in network marketing, direct sales, and event-driven businesses. It’s built and run by CJA Web Services — a small, profitable software shop that answers to its customers, not to a VC clock.
Why LeaderHQ exists
LeaderHQ started where most useful software starts: a working field leader losing real money to bad tooling. Comp plans lived in PDFs. Lead lists lived in three apps and a notebook. The most valuable hour of the week — the morning before activity starts — got eaten by tab-switching, copy-pasting, and trying to remember who said what at the last event.
We tried the CRMs everyone tells you to try. They were built for inside sales reps with one product and one pipeline, not for leaders running a downline across a comp plan with ranks, qualifications, and a calendar full of events. Nothing on the market read a comp plan, looked at the week, and said here’s who to call, and here’s why.
So we built it. LeaderHQ is the morning brief, the comp-plan brain, and the shared layer that ties together the rest of the Leader Suite — LeaderLeads for the conversation, LeaderCal for the calendar, and the products coming after them. It’s bootstrapped, profitable, and built to be around in ten years — because that’s how long the relationships in this business are supposed to last.

Operator-first, not investor-first
We don’t take outside money, so we don’t have to grow at a pace that breaks the product. Every roadmap decision answers to field leaders, not to a board deck.
Your data stays yours
Your downline, your contacts, your comp plan — those are your business, full stop. We don’t resell them, train models on them, or hold them hostage behind an export wall.
Boring infrastructure, sharp product
Postgres, Next.js, Stripe, Postmark. We use proven tools so the interesting work shows up in the product, not in the on-call rotation.
Ship what we use ourselves
Every feature in LeaderHQ runs the business that built it. If we wouldn’t trust it with our own book, it doesn’t go live.
